Provided project management/construction management services for the renovation and adaptive reuse of an existing 20,000 square foot industrial building located in Oakland, CA into a LEED-Silver mixed-use artisan and cultural arts facility consisting of work/live units, rehearsal studios, a performing arts theater and a cafe. Scope of consulting services included: architect and contractor selection; scope development; OCIP coordination; project budgeting; project scheduling; value engineering; permit processing; coordination with owner and lenders to secure project financing; construction contract structuring and administration; change order analysis/negotiation; and claims control.
